• Payments are processed securely through your chosen payment provider. After payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
• Digital products (such as courses or downloads) are delivered via a download link or access portal. These are strictly personal and may not be shared.

3. Cancellation & right of withdrawal

• For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires once the download has started or access has been granted to the content.
• Physical products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

4. Liability

Jolien Spoelstra is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website, the content offered, or the products. While the information is compiled with care, no guarantee can be given for its completeness or accuracy.
